Vienna, August 2009, another new customer for BRAINTRIBE IT Solutions: The Wiener Börse AG now also relies on innovative software from the document management specialists
The Wiener Börse AG, the only stock exchange in Austria, now also counts among the customers of Braintribe. In the first step, Braintribe implemented mail and file server archiving on the basis of the Content Service platform (CSP) for the Wiener Börse AG. In the next step, integration of an existing archive for the contract management is planned. At the Wiener Börse AG, contracts are classed as the most important documents, including storage of scanned documents.
“Braintribe had to fulfill all legal requirements through future-viable technology for the Wiener Börse AG. The platform we implemented is also capable of seamlessly integrating into the existing infrastructure, creating comprehensive transparency for the user;” Stefan Ebner, CEO Braintribe IT Solutions on the solution.
“We receive around 25,000 mails a month and send 14,000, and the trend is rising” adds Anton Gerstorfer, Wiener Börse AG IT manager. Through the Braintribe Content Service platform we now have a mature and user-friendly basis for the rapid implementation of the future requirements of the flexible administration of documents and dossiers.”
